3. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

FreeWaitlists offers different subscription tiers with varying usage limits and features. Each plan has specific limitations on the number of waitlists and signups you can manage. Usage limits are enforced automatically and may result in restricted access to certain features if exceeded.

• Free plans include basic features with usage limitations
• Premium plans offer expanded limits and additional features
• Pro plans provide unlimited usage and priority support
• Subscription changes take effect immediately upon payment processing
• Downgrading may result in data being inaccessible if it exceeds new plan limits

4. User Accounts and Data

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes or spam
• You must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• You must obtain proper consent before collecting email addresses

5. Payment Terms

Upon account deletion, all data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

FreeWaitlists shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting unless you object by terminating your account. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
